The links below will take you to the state website and application to complete. These forms are fillable on the computer. You can fill in the information on the computer, print, and bring to the Sheriff's Office. Please wait to sign the forms when you get to our office.
For residents of the cities of Appleton & Benson, you must take your Permit to Purchase/Transfer applications to the appropriate police department for processing. All other applicants will need to apply at the Sheriff's Office. Both of these applications are also available at the Sheriff's Office.
